At Krishna Motors, we are committed to providing accurate and reliable Road Tax and Border Tax services through our app, Road Tax Seva. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payment.

1. Non-Refundable Services

All payments made for Road Tax, Border Tax, or any related government charges through Road Tax Seva are non-refundable. Once a transaction is successfully processed, it is considered final, as we act on behalf of the user to initiate services with government departments where reversals are not permitted.

2. Duplicate Payments

If a user has made a duplicate payment for the same service or transaction, we will review the case. Upon confirmation, we may process a refund for the duplicate amount, excluding any processing charges or government fees already paid.

3. Failed Transactions

In the event of a failed transaction (i.e., payment is deducted but the service is not processed), users are requested to contact our support team with transaction details. If verified, the amount will be refunded or the service will be re-initiated at no extra cost.

4. Service Denial or Incomplete Information

If services cannot be completed due to incomplete or incorrect user information provided during the request, no refund will be issued. We encourage users to double-check all details before submission.

5. Processing Time

Eligible refunds (in cases like duplicate payments or failed transactions) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method, after successful verification.
